A custom order is an order for products that are not a part of our regular product line (i.e. custom sizes or colors, etc). Ordering a product that is simply out of stock is not considered a custom order. Custom orders will require a 50%, non-refundable, deposit with balance due upon completion.
We prefer PayPal. Our shopping cart defaults to this secure check-out method. Through PayPal you can also use Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover or Debit; No account with PayPal required.
Credit Card by phone - Give us a call and we can take your order and process your payment though Square.
You can choose to recieve an instant receipt by email or text message.
We strive for quality and to accurately depict our products. However, our products are handmade and/or nature made so some variations will occur. We inspect all of our materials before they are shipped.
If for some reason, what you receive is not what you expect, contact us via email within seven (7) days for a return authorization.
Items must be returned in their original (unaltered) condition. In most cases a refund or store credit will be issued.
Special/Custom orders and shipping charges are non-refundable.
Orders are shipped via U.S. Postal Service using Priority Mail Flat Rate packaging. We typically ship within One (1) Business day. Custom Color or Made To Order products take longer which is specified when you place your order or in the product description.
Domestic Shipping: - Typically 3 to 4 days once shipped. - Tracking is included. If you would like insurance please place your order by phone (select “Order by Phone using Square” as your payment method during checkout) and we can add it to your order.
International Shipping: - Typically 6 to 10 days once shipped but not guaranteed due to different countries postal/customs service. - Tracking will be included if available to your country. Even if tracking isn't available, upon request, we can give you the routing number on your package. With this routing number your country's postal service can sometimes use this number to locate your order. In any event, though we will do our best to see that your order gets to you, Ankrom Exotics cannot be held responsible for lost International packages. Customs fees/duty fees and/or VAT charges are the customers responsibility.
